Not the shops problem, for the most part. Not a fan of the shipping date starting with the auto label when the item is purchased. The part didn't make it to the post office for two days. While I'll always try to buy from a real shop, The big A had the same part at the same price for free next day delivery. They should let you know which location the part will ship from.

It was not their fault, but offered a refund since they didn’t have any additional stock if it hadn’t arrived. Fortunately, USPS just decided to take it on a vacation for an extra couple days. It was packed well, a reasonable price, and brand new as described. Will gladly do business with again.

When I ordered the part we had a slight miscommunication in the numbers and I received an incorrect part. I contacted them and it was immediately resolved with a new correct part sent and a return notice to send the incorrect one back. I would say they have excellent customer service (and prices) and would not hesitate to order again from them. Top notch eBay seller!
