Item mailed to Greece from the UK. It was sat in Customs in Hungary for nearly 4 weeks then sent on to Greece where it was in Customs for as long again. I totally share your frustration, it's frustrating for me too, but once an item is in the mail there's sadly nothing I can do to make it travel faster, especially when it's in Customs for such a long duration.
