Seller says they added cap to box. They took 14 days to ship (they have 10 day window) they refunded fast after delivery but I believe they knew the cap was missing.

The item for sale showed a stock photo but the description stated the item was in collectible condition. The box was smashed in shipping by USPS and the box also came with a lot of wear around all the corners and edges.
