If they weren't marked as reconditioned it would be impossible to tell they are used by physical looks. All 3 drives checked out in SMART and are now in my NAS in a RAID 5 setup. Excellent value and high quality drives. A+

Had no issues connecting them to my system and creating a ZFS pool out of them. Paid $115 for essentially new drives, which is a pretty solid deal for 12 TB drives. No visible cosmetic damage, but also they're internal drives so it's not like it matters.

BUT... it passes all tests and the write speed is incredible. Honestly, it reads pretty fast as well (all documentation and discussion online suggests that this drive reads slowly but that's just not true). What a gem! I plan to buy more. Thanks!

Communication with the seller was awesome. They were highly responsive to inquiries & questions, especially since I don't know much about electronics. The item was packed well, turn around time for shipping was quick. This really was a good deal for the price & I would gladly do business with Go Hard Drive Wholesale & Retail again in the future. Also to note, you can't beat the 2 year in house warranty.

Hard disks were exactly as described in great condition and had 0 power on hours. Power adapter for disks were included as well. These disks caught me by surprise as they are very silent. This is a great value purchase. Will buy from this seller again.
