Then the tracking information just stopped for 10 days, which was not his fault, but he was mostly unresponsive and did not answer inquiries. When the package finally was delivered 2 weeks later, I could see that it was not packaged very well. He used only a thin bubble wrap, soft envelope to ship a pickleball paddle. It was very fortunate that this paddle was not destroyed in the shipping process. SHipped very well and bubble wrapped for transit in mailer for USPS. Padded mailer as well. Thanks for the prompt shipment. Arrived safe and sound and once charged up works awesome. Best part was I did not have to pay $299 for these new at the store to replace my BOSE quiet comfort QC Earbuds.
