Product Information

Bearing a much closer resemblance to games like Faceball 2000 and Ballblazer than actual football, Space Football pits one Retro Grav hovercraft against another in a futuristic sport where players fight to control a hoverball in order to carry it into a goal. Once the hoverball is picked up, the player has just four seconds to deliver it to the goal. Playfields are dotted with a variety of obstacles, including force fields and gravity belts, making the game a challenge. Unfortunately, clumsy, frustrating controls make the game difficult to enjoy. The first-person viewpoint is effective, there are 12 drivers to choose from, and the action is fast, but those pesky controls ruin the overall experience.
