The seller shipped it very fast but of course USPS, dragged their feet with the delivery of the game. My only critique is, the game should have been packed better. Should have use some sort of bubble wrapping to protect the game during the shipping process. I contacted the seller, as it occurred only about 2 weeks after purchasing it. They committed to letting me return the laptop, suggested solutions, and overall kind. It had a warranty I took advantage of 2 days before it was set to expire, and I got the motherboard replaced. The laptop since is incredible, and merely had an unfortunately coincidental failure.
