Shipping time was faster than stated and the packaging was very good. In fact I would have to say the packaging was the best I have ever seen for these types of fragile items. The pricing was fair and we are so happy to have them. We were in Rüdesheim am Rhine this year but didn't buy any cups so we are very happy to have these. Great vendor.
