The physical condition is fair and used, as stated in the listing, with the screen showing minor scratches and the top case showing scratches and sticker residue. The screen works, but does have blotchy pixel discoloration that is somewhat noticeable (see photo). The camera works well. The replacement screen works perfectly and does not have any of the issues that the previous screen had. Excellent customer service!

Works perfectly and was packed well. Fast shipping too. Before figuring out the problem on my own, I erroneously thought the phone didn't work. The seller didn't hesitate about telling me to return it postage free. But happily I didn't have to return the phone, and I'm very satisfied. Would definitely buy from this seller again!

The item still works so no harm no foul. The shipping speed and delivery was quick, and I think the price was fair enough but maybe a bit high.
