The seller measured incorrectly, and the dress was way too big, impossible to wear, not as described. Even worse, this seller does NOT respond to messages. I wrote to the seller three times, hoping to work something out with her, and she completely ignored me. She had my $50. and was done with me. I gave the dress away. I'm too disabled to do a return without help. As soon as I saw her return request, I approved it immediately. I take great care to ensure every buyer is happy with their purchase — my listings are detailed and include estimated sizing information to help with that. This was simply an unfortunate timing issue, and I always aim to be transparent and responsive, as reflected in my previous feedback.
