    I purchased a keyboard which arrived promptly. However, when I plugged in the keyboard, it would not work. I contacted the seller and was offered a replacement. I was then informed the seller did not have any keyboards. They felt confident in sending as a replacement, so offered me a full refund without requiring me to return the keyboard that did not work. Unfortunately the sell did not work out, but I highly recommend this seller for good communication and customer satisfaction.
