I asked that my order be canceled if they were not 12". Order was canceled. I assume they were not 12". Purchased from major retailer for $1 less, but deliveries from ebay sellers are fast by comparison. Worth a bit more to me. Planned to use them to secure my tomato plants.

I ordered 1000 zip ties 12 inches in lenght they sent me 3.5 inches. I think it was on purpose so that I will return it and my order will be canceled. It was their mistake and they know it. They should send me the correct item. I gave them ample time to resolve but to no avail. There's no action on their part. I waited and now I have no choice but to give them negative review.

I waited a week in case the person who actually received it would be honest and drop it off by my house, but that didn't happen. I contacted the seller, who apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a refund or a replacement, and I chose a replacement. It came the next day, which amazed me! I am a very happy customer! A+++ seller
