They supplied 2 long elastic bands instead which do not secure the item enough to be useable, they even cover vital on screen buttons. Seller non responsive when trying to obtain the missing part, they knew the strap was missing but gaslit me into cancelling a return with threats of reporting to ebay over baseless claims. Postage inflated too. NastyEyeque vision check, Smart phone vision eye test for wearing eye glasses at home (#176497190589)
