When I registered it with Samsung, after putting in the IMEI number, the Samsung website identified it as a Samsung Galaxy A15 5G (T-Mobile). While working with a Samsung technical support agent on another issue, I was told that the phone was NETWORK UNLOCKED. It is important to know there is a difference between the two; so inaccurate advertising.

However, the box seal was broken, the protective covering has been removed and replaced, and the slot pin is missing. This device was advertised to be a “new sealed” phone. Now, I am unsure if it is new, and I can’t assess the SIM card slot. I did not want an open box device, and would have used a different vendor if I knew this.

Refund was processed when item was received by seller. This phone should not have EVER left Samsung's manufacturing plant. It should have been tested and fixed prior to shipment. I am amazed that a company that is the leader in Android phones has inadequate end of line testing. Feel free to forward my comments to Samsung - They have their work cut out for them
