When the package appeared to be not moving and missed the delivery date, I contacted the seller, Josie, and she immediately contacted the post office to run a trace. Reached out immediately to the seller who was fantastic even though it said no returns on the ad. There were no delays and the communication was excellent. Would highly recommend the seller and will purchase from again if an opportunity arises to do so !
