My friend never received the ring, and this merchant refunded the money promptly. I was very upset that the ring was not delivered, but I appreciated their prompt refund. This is a good company, with honest people.

Then provided a false tracking #, that showed the item was delivered. India Post tracking had no location specific details. I asked seller for a refund 3X, they ignored my requests instead saying they would re-ship.
