Unfortunately, the hand broke off while in transit, thanks to USPS. I’m certainly bummed, because this is a collectible. Seller offered a partial discount , which I declined, due to this not being the seller’s fault. Regardless, the seller was friendly and communicated well. I highly recommend this seller and I would definitely purchase from again! Thank you!

There was a tiny small tear that I didn’t even notice but otherwise just as described, my daughter saw it. Seller went WAY above & beyond to help me. It was so genuinely kind. This little cute dog was a good deal to begin with & it shipped quick was well packaged & everything was beyond perfect aside from that small little tear, which wasn’t that big BUT the seller was so, so kind it made me cry, they went over above & beyond <3

Either way, seller checked if they still had it and when they couldn’t find it, offered a partial refund if I was keeping the other game or full refund if I was returning it all. Overall, positive experience.
