Shipping was great, it even got delivered a day before it was supposed to. When I got home from out of town to see it, the item was very secure in layers of bubble wrap so it wouldn't break. The pull chain looks just like it is described, and I was lucky because I got it for a great price. Thank you again for a great experience and for the kind messages.
