I contacted the seller and their response was quick along with a suggestion to jump start the charge. That did not work and I requested a refund. It took a few days but the seller issued a full refund. I would have liked to give them a full 5 star review, but 4 stars only because I now have to find another battery that delays the use if the vacuum. But I would recommend this seller.21.6V 3.5Ah Replacement Battery for Tineco A11 Hero & A11 Hero EX & A11 Tango (#156352822439)
