    Great service and well packaged. The item comes as described and communications were brilliant throughout - even down to confirming it was delivered. I had ordered a similar product from another supplier which arrived folded in half in an envelope which caused the gel covering of the carbon fibre to split. However, this item was extremely well packaged and wrapped around filling to prevent any damage caused by folding.
