However, I was still out $6 for my returned postage, on flawed item which was disappointing. I'm not sure why he'd want a flawed item back. (I don't make these) and was in new (with clips attached) condition just as described in the listing. Buyer was not happy, but I did nothing wrong. So I offered a full $27 refund and processed it before getting the item back. I still haven't gotten it back as of this reply. So I lost the sale, paid for the shipping to back east, gave a full refund.
