Extremely disappointed in the packaging as there was nothing used to protect the books, no cardboard or bubble wrap. The books were just shoved into the thin plastic envelope. I am unsure if any of the minimal damage to the books were there previously or during delivery. I will keep the books, but seller needs to much more care when sending parcels containing books or items that may be damaged during the delivery process.

I almost cut the coat when I was trying to open it with my scissors! Please consider a larger bag and more protective wrapping such as a layer of bubble wrap or an individual bag for the item.
