It had a slight concave, some small scratches & some tape damage, but not all that bad & and I can live with it. The doll / product is in very good condition. I think i paid a good price for it. The seller packed the doll very well. The seller was quick to respond and the customer service was very good. They provided extra pics when I asked. The shipping was pretty fast considering the distance and it arrived earlier than expected. The packaging was good . And for what it was , not a bad price .
