Its almost comical what they complained about. The Books were basically perfect. I told the buyer I had no problem with a full return/refund but they were trying to strong arm me out of a partial refund and keep the books. Once I told him that I would not issue a partial refund for the books and that they are more than welcome to return them for a full refund, they never responded back and then gave me negative feedback.
