It was slow arriving, but not because of the seller who shipped it out almost immediately. Fed Ex was running behind. The mug was packaged carefully and thoroughly which I truly appreciate. You can see in one of the photos that I posted the packaging material that the seller had placed the mug in so it wouldn’t get damaged. I’m expecting another mug which should arrive either today or tomorrow. I would highly recommend this seller.
