I was suppose to get (2) rosey lips instead I got (2) original and (1) cocoa butter (1) rosey lips & (1) aloe. All balms are single packaged in a bubble wrap mailer which was very cost efficient. I wished items would have arrived a little quicker . I still rate seller excellent overall. When I told them of this and sent requested pictures they said that there were two in the pictures when it was obvious that there was only one item sent. They then accused me of committing a fraudulent act and threatened to report me to ebay when they make the mistake and didn't send what I paid for. . Worst customer service ever. First riping me off then threatening me when I tried to get them to rectify the situation .
