Parts internally are plastic. This lock is poor quality. Would not recommend or purchase again. Paid to ship it back, then had to follow up with seller to get refund.

I reached out to the seller telling them that I needed a new door handle and asked what we would do about having it match our current keys. The seller stated that if I purchased from them in the past, I could just provide the five-digit code on our keys and they could make this new door handle match.
