My experience was great. Shipped quickly, on time, new, as described. This seller keeps their stock in a reputable warehouse that fulfills and ships orders named MDS Fulfillment. Large companies like Forever Collectibles use this same fulfillment company. I would guess issues that I read about have to do with this disconnect.
