I emailed the seller and he gave me some instructions and I got the printer working, however, one of the the cartridges just would not work all others were fine. The seller immediately sent me a replacement for the non working cartridge and it was fast. Thank you so much for caring for your customers. You are A+++ and will be glad to recommend you to all.

The cartridges were not delivered in cardboard box, as pictured in the listing. Instead, the cartridges leaked black ink inside a soft pouch and all over my hand. I hope that when it's time to use these cartridges, that there will still be enough ink left to actually get some use from them.
