My package looked as though it had already been opened and resealed and the protective film was missing from the guard. Customer service and communication is terrible. To date, no return shipping label or refund provided. I would not recommend doing business with this seller.

He promptly communicated the issue to me with an estimate of how long it would take to back order and gave me the option to either cancel the transaction or wait for restock. I chose the latter and received the tailpiece within the timeframe he specified. Item is as described and excellent quality.
