This was pretty expensive to require the holes to be punched out, and for the backing to come off so easily.

He promptly communicated the issue to me with an estimate of how long it would take to back order and gave me the option to either cancel the transaction or wait for restock. I chose the latter and received the tailpiece within the timeframe he specified. Item is as described and excellent quality. I would definitely deal with them again.
