The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was a real human located in Arkansas which was refreshing and he was very polite and empathetic. Price was good and quick shipping on my replacement. I did have an issue with one of them but the customer service team went above and beyond to quickly answer messages and send me a replacement part, and when that didn't solve the problem, they sent a whole new speaker. They look brand new and sound great, while not breaking the bank like a new set would! 10/10 would purchase again.
