I contacted the seller and they sent a return label. I had hoped to be able to exchange these for the correct size but that was not offered. The plastic bag that contained the slippers said Men's Small on one side and Women's Size 5-6 in the other side the cleat plastic bag clearly showed the Women's size on the inner cardboard insert, not matching the invoice. Poor quality control.
