    Item was mailed on 8/20, the day after purchase to buyer-provided address. On 9/3, it was returned by USPS "bad address, unable to forward." I asked you for a valid address on that date and you replied with it on 9/7. I mailed the package again (at my expense) on 9/8. Also, I have NEVER emailed any of my customers to ask for feedback. Thank you for your purchase.
