Synopsis
This book reflects the work of wine marketing experts as expressed in their presentations to the annual three-week Wine Marketing Short Course at the University of California, Davis. The course was initially organized in collaboration with the international wine management curriculum sponsored by the International Organization for Vines and Wines (OIV). We have been involved in this course since its inception a decade ago. This book is intended for students in wine marketing and management, enology, and viticulture who seek to broaden their understanding of the wine sector. It is also intended for those already working in wine market- ing and management who seek new ideas and insights. Finally, this book should be of general interest to others involved directly or indirectly in the grape and wine sector. Each chapter was written from the oral presentations of the authors and reflects the spontaneity and informality of the classroom environment. The writing may lack the "gravitas" of academic material, but it accurately presents the thinking and conclusions of those who make a living by mar- keting wine. There is some duplication that serves to emphasize important points, and there are several case studies explaining real-life experiences in the industry. Legal requirements and commercial practices cited by authors may differ between regions and among institutions familiar to readers. However, the underlying principles guiding marketing strategies can be applied in different situations, for example, where supermarket wine sales may be restricted or direct sales prohibited., This book reflects the work of wine marketing experts as expressed in their presentations to the annual three-week Wine Marketing Short Course at the University of California, Davis. - 8***r (7)- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Últimos 6 mesesCompra verificadaI was searching for this book for a while and was appalled at the cost. I came across this seller and I was happy with the price from the seller. The seller messaged to let me know that this was the global version before it was actually shipped. That, I appreciated so much. My book arrived in perfect condition, looks great. The packaging was secure and the book, brand new. This is of great quality both in the service and the book. I will definitely use this seller again. Excellent!
- i***a (1)- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Últimos 6 mesesCompra verificadaExactly what I ordered, came within the requested delivery date, and in great condition. It was wrapped so well that even though the corner had a very small dent in it, the book inside the package was in perfect condition. For anyone wondering, this seller is LEGIT and offers excellent service.Signals Systems & Transforms 5e Global Edition (#183193298669)
- l***u (9)- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Último añoCompra verificadaItem came exactly as describe. I really appreciate the time and caution the seller took to package this book. There was no way it could've received any water damage delivery because it was so well wrapped. The book came sooner than the expected date. At one point I even received a later date and that made me concerned because I thought it wouldn't come in time. But it did, very early as well. I recommend this seller 100% and would purchase from seller in the future if needed. Thank you so much!!The Science Of Psychology: An Appreciative View 6th Global Edition (#186630729832)
