Contacted seller, who insisted that “the packing “should” have covered the ends, folded down”. Unfortunately, the laptop was loosely packed in the mailing box and moved around. Seller told me to file a claim with the USPS; that’s not my job to cover for a lousy packing job. Do not ship them anything. They complain constantly . Terrible person for eBay.
