Everything inside the box appearance was still wrapped in all original packaging. The starter set of coffee cups was still there with all of the different flavors and the manuals. This is a Quality machine my office got one and I had to have it for home but I was not paying the $225 tag lol. but $73 open box HECK YA! Love the machine it is working flawlessly! 5 STARS
