When I opened the box I noticed the metal tops were not fastened to the top of the glass and were coming out so that the ornament was not held securely. Mentioned to the seller and and asked for refund. Seller told me they didn't have time to check ornaments before shipping and said I should buy go out and buy new tops!. Messag'd me in CAPS. Unprofessional tone and language.
