I ordered in late February, it was shipped USPS and got lost. It was estimated to be here by March 3. I contacted the seller on March 8th. Seller contacted USPS immediately. Put a lost parcel request in. My item finally arrived March 12th. I appreciate that the seller got on it right away. A little late for the birthday present it was supposed to be, but it arrived in tact and the recipient is happy!
