The seller charged my card and created a mailing label on Feb 10. But the tracking says that the package has still not been taken to the post office for shipment. I have contacted the seller several times and they will not reply! Today is Feb 20th and I still don’t have any answer and the books have not shipped. I only received 1. I contacted the seller last night and am waiting to hear back from them. Also, it took longer than I expected to get here - Texas to Illinois - with a delay here and there but I'm assuming that was weather related. Seller also noted on packing slip buyer was being refunded for one pack of the wax melts and seller issued the refund to buyer.
