They come up to the top of my calf muscle, about 3" below the lowest part of my knee.The elastic tops are not so tight that they make a dent in my legs I like them. I think I might look for socks with the rubber none slip just on the bottomof the foot, not the top next time so they are easier to get in my shoes, but I like these OK, especially for in house a bit like slippers. Thanks.
