Unfortunately, the shipping company manhandle the package a bit too much and damage occurred to a portion of the item. Seller when made aware quickly endeavored to resolve the issue. Their speed of resolving the issue and integrity and doing so established a good sense of trust with me and I would be happy to do business with the seller again. Their concern was genuine, and their service was great.
