    Description said “New” when I ordered this item and when I received it the seal seemed to be open (which wasnt shown in the pictures) so i reached out and instead of an apology I just got a “ well I didn’t open it” and “I have no reason to open it” and all these deflective statements until i showed actual evidence from his posts then finally wanted to resolve the issues…. Dont care about the refund just wont do any business in the future
