"Please recheck the filters. The shipping staff remembers your order and are confident they shipped the correct ones." That statement gives the impression of this customer lying, or not knowing what he ordered. So I returned the filters and reordered the correct ones. He didn't beleive me. had to send picture. he said usps wouldn't sent anything that leaked. still didn't beleive me. product had leaked before he shipped it as no staining inside shipping box. i had to send picture of bottle. he said looks like a couple of drops. he said company only fills bottle 2/3 full. i received other products later that had 2" of product.
