Note: the ram sticks were a separate order from the same business, It's fine it was installed but this could of resulted in damage given state of air baffles on arrival. No other issues. Everything is as described and worked when other mandatory components for function were installed. I would urge seller to improve future shipping packaging.

Unfortunately, the computer arrived in a damaged condition. Photos were taken and sent to the seller. A return authorization and label were received and FedEx picked up the return on the following day. Full refund of the purchase price was received promptly. This is an example of a thoroughly honest and ethical eBay seller that I would purchase from again. Thank you!
