This Pouffe was needed, bought for my sister, there are cheaper one's on E-Bay but I wanted a well made one (IT IS) and one which if over time it begins to sag can be zipped open & extra packing added to it, well made & good quality one, which should last far longer than some of the cheaper one's. My sister has a bad leg & already this has brought a SMILE to her face for it is providing comfort for her. DELIGHTED. Cheers.

Your not answering your messages as two weeks ago I ordered other cushions off you which one is damaged too. I would say very poor service and if I don’t get a response you can refund and collect
