I had ordered a MOLLE Osprey webbing belt, and it first was mistaken for an order belonging to someone else - no problem, mistake at the warehouse. I send a message asking where my parcel has gone to, before they come back eventually to me to say they’re going to ship my parcel. I then receive a belt that doesn’t fit the description of the picture on the listing, and again they spend 2 days deciding whether or not to respond to me again!
