I have seen other reviews elsewhere which report the same so it is definitely just a matter of the product. The mascara is very sticky and doesn’t seem to dry fully. I found it uncomfortable but I have read that others don’t find a problem. So once again great seller, I just won’t be buying this particular mascara again.

I informed the Seller who immediately arranged for the despatch of a replacement order without fuss, throwing in an additional lipstick for free as compensation. The W7 lipsticks received surpassed my expectations and were very reasonably priced. The level of customer service, communication and the Seller's integrity is exceptional. I have no reservations about recommending this Seller and will buy from them again.
