A couple of smudges on handle and scotch tape to seal the lid says someone opened and handled the tool. When I see “new” I prefer it not opened. The tool was otherwise flawless. Tool is substantial and rugged. Used it right out the box. Variable speed trigger easy to feather.

However, it contradicts the statement "all items and accessories like new item", because milwaukee includes a blade. Confusing, but still a good value. Item works well, shipping was quick. Official refurb dealer and good reputation.
