Taking apart the headphone ear cup takes a bit of time but is straight-forward (get plastic splunger tools). It takes a full charge and appears to have restored my WH-1000XM3 to it's original performance (12 hours playback and 50% remaining is a great improvement). This is a great value over having to replace headphones and would purchase from this store again.
